Wanted to check what would happen or what would be the best course in this situation.
We got CoPR s and are planning to move from the US to Canada in Mid-August. I was able to find a job with decent pay. The employer is doing a background check and I gave them all the information needed.
The pending issue is since I have never landed in Canada, EIV is not working (Search Type: Canadian Criminal EIV). So the vendor doing the background check asked me to share copies of the documents (At least one of which should be government-issued with a photo).
I have shared CoPR, a foreign passport, and a US driving license. Would these be enough to complete this process?
