Hi All,
I’m on a closed work permit issued as part of ICT which is also LMIA-Exempt.
My question is if anyone encountered a scenario where they had to file a ‘Change of conditions’ on their work permit due to salary change. My pay is getting restructured in the same company keeping the same role, location and responsibilities. But my immigration attorney is saying it might need a change in conditions to be filed. I’m trying to get some info if anyone went through this before?
