College name not in PTU list. How to apply for transcripts?

I need to apply for degree transcripts from PTU to be mailed to PEBC for evaluating exam. But my college - Chitkara College of Pharmacy’s name is not there in their list. What should I do. Please help. I am 2007-11 batch pass graduate
