When you say application cancelled do you mean it was rejected and you applied again?
Also in the education tab for the other two degrees did you mention ‘no ECA’ provided?

Well, not rejected, “canceled”. I think rejected might have a negative connotation that is why they canceled it. Then I applied again, starting from EE profile creation.
