Anyone has experience In using any other RCA evaluator listed in the Canada government website other than WES?

It seems Alberta.ca has a better way to receive and evaluate transcripts.
WES expects universities to send to them directly and my university in TamilNadu is not exactly known for their friendliness.
I can get the transcripts sent to mailtranscripts easily. And they can send it directly to Alberta.ca. In the same sealed envelopes.
