Can you help me understand if Work Experience before Bachelor’s degree considered for Express Entry and can we claim points for the same duration?
All the work experience you claim points for, should be in the last ten years and in the same NOC you will be applying to. I don’t think it matters what stage of your career the job was at.
One should be qualified to perform the job for which work experience is being claimed. If Bachelor’s degree is minimum requirement per the corresponding NOC, then one can’t claim that job as experience for the purpose of EE point calculation.
