I’m a machine learning Engineer with 13 years of experience. Mater’s from IISc and MBA from IIM. I have a choice of taking up an offer in Toronto with my current employer or to go independently. What would increase my chances for EE?
Definitely having a job offer will fetch you very high points. Also its better to have a job waiting for you in Canada. Once you have a PR you can then switch.
