I didn’t receive my first PR card, which was mailed out on Dec 9, 2021. Therefore, I filed solemn declaration, and waited until mid June 2022 when I was told the new card was mailed out and expected to arrive within 6 weeks. However, it took 14 weeks!!! I almost filed another solemn declaration (I didn’t because I was too busy with job interviews).
