I am planning to land in Canada in the next couple of weeks and ideally i would like to live in Montreal. Please help with any recommendations on good area to live in Montreal and your experiences.

In our two years in Canada (Toronto) we’ve visited Montreal 4 times. It’s a beautiful, walking city. I would suggest to look for accommodation around Mont-Royal, Le Plateau neighbourhood. Or MileEnd. There are also tall shiny condos in downtown. Living in Plateau is great everything is walking distance and great food scene.
