Has xxxx applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? for withdrawn application

Hi I have created and submitted an express entry profile first. After that I have withdrew the application and created a new one using new email id. So there is a question in the application saying that

  1. I did not get ITA for previous profile
  2. I withdrew it to update my IELTS score and extend my application time line.

Has xxxx applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

Should I answers it Yes or NO

I am confused.

Unless you submit your final application, you haven’t applied. EE profile/ITA doesn’t count.

So the answer would be ‘NO’

You have not applied to EE by just creating the profile.

I have the same question should I select yes or no since I created an Arrima profile, but deleted it on week after. thanks for your help
