If you have an H1B visa stamped, you should be good. But since executed order passed just today, border security could deport anyone as all they care is whether you are H1B or not. The best option would be to stay in the US and follow the news.

I don’t think so. If you are employed and currently holding a valid visa in US then you should be fine travelling into US.
