Hi avj and everyone,
Me and my husband will be receiving our visas and COPR soon (PR application through express entry). Since this will be after March 2020 and we are traveling to Canada from outside US, are we allowed to land due to COVID? I am very confused if restrictions apply to us, why the are giving us a visa. Appreciate your help.
