Multiple Address in India - post ITA profile completion

Hello Everyone,
I have received ITA and I have a doubt regarding Address History.
I have lived in multiple address in India and I don’t remember a few of them exactly.
Will e- APR ask for proof of all address, after I submit my address history ?
Can I enter my permanent address in India for my entire period of stay in India ?

There is no proof of address requirement. I will say be entirely truthful and detailed on your application. Some people choose to use only their permanent address for their home country.
