PC cards delivery to US from Canada

Hi,
Can anyone please tell what should we select the document type for creating the shipment label for PR cards delivery?
What should we select for "What best describes this shipment?" and
“What are you shipping” ?

I think I had put Personal Documents/Certificates. Does it give you options to choose from?
