PR while on work permit Living in Canada

Hello,
If some one get his PPR while already in Canada, and working on a work permit ; is there any difference in the following tasks from being outside Canada?

  • Where do you send your passport for stamp?
  • When and where do you need to get your Biometrics?

Can all these be done in Canada itself?

I am not entirely sure but what I see mentioned on other forums is that if you are an inland applicant, you are asked to do the stamping within Canada itself. I don’t know what the biometrics situation is though.

Check this link:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/application-approved.html

It says you can do landing within Canada itself (“best option”) or land normally through a border crossing. Once your application is approved you should get an email from CIC for next steps. Keep checking your email.
