We submitted our application May 31 - I believe just after the last pick (where the cut off was 470!)
Outside of just waiting for the next pick, is there anything we need to do during this waiting period? Our CRS score is 454.
Nope, nothing you need to do. Just make sure your documents are current and that you update your profile if anything changes.
