There is a question in Express entry profile after receiving the ITA invitation. which asks if a visa has ever been refused .
My h1b has been put for admin processing when i went for stamping and later denied after 7 months.There is no special reason given for denial though .Has anyone faced this situation.If so,what should be written in the explaination for denial.Please help.
It’s best to be truthful in this case. US and Canada have a treaty where they share visa information. So you should definitely say “Yes” and write whatever reason you were given. If no reason was given “No reason given” might be a good text to add along with any other details you feel relevant.
Previous visa rejections seem to have little effect on application, unless you broke the law/overstayed etc.
