I have mentioned 4 different positions in my profile and I have letter of reference of one of my past employer and my current company will provide one. Can we provide paystubs instead of letter for the one that won’t respond? Is it mandatory to have letter of reference?
Yes it’s mandatory as they need it to match NOC with your job duties (also, work duration, whether you were full time/part time, paid etc etc.). This question has been answered multiple times on some other threads, I’d recommend you check them out as well.
