I got the request letter to submit passport to the New York VFS centre. I am moving out soon from my current address, Can I provide my friend’s address for the return?
You could enter either address and then when it’s shipped , ask fedex to hold it at their office .
The letter mentions that I can only use USPS and I need a corporate account if I need to use courier service such as Fedex or ups.
