Soft landing in Ottawa

Hello, I wanted to see if i can do soft landing in Ottawa but give the address for PPR in Toronto. I am getting cheaper tickets to Ottawa.
Does anybody have any experience with this.

Of course u can! U can land anywhere u want in Canada and give an address anywhere else unless u r a pnp candidate…
