On November 22nd, 2018, I applied to sponsor my husband to Canada. IRCC received his medical on September 5th 2019, then his biometrics on November 27th 2019 (they lost his first biometrics taken in October). Since then the only update on his account is "Review of medical results-you passed the medical exam.
Then
*Review of eligibility °we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements
*Review of medical results °September 5th, 2019 You passed the medical exam
*Review of additional documents ° We do not need additional documents
*Interview ° You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes
*Biometrics °November 27, 2019 completed
*Background check °We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
*Final decision ° Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Does anyone have an idea how long we have to wait?
I emailed them twice and we get the same answer that his file is in the queue to being processed.
His documents are in Accra, Ghana.
