Hello, I received my student visa last month from the High Commission of Canada, New Delhi. Now I have applied for my parents’ visitor visa. In the event of their visa getting approved, is it necessary for them to physially go to the vfs office to submit the passport for stamping or can I go to the vfs and submit their passport on their behalf ?
