Transcripts from Punjabi University

did any one get transcripts online from Punjabi University ?

I managed to find these two links using Google and other forums , but not sure which one to use and if these really work ?

Not sure about Punjabi University, but University of Mumbai was a pain to deal with remotely. Since I’m living outside India, I used Mailtranscripts.com to get them delivered to me.
