Transcripts from UPTU to be sent directly to WES Canada

Hi,
Has anyone tried sending transcripts directly from UPTU to WES Canada recently? As it requires now for the transcripts to be sent directly from the university .

We are trying from my wife but don’t know who to contact . We guest used a third party service to send transcripts from UPTU to WES sad that went fine, but then Wes asked for copies from UPTU directly . They say they haven’t received any communication from WES . Feels like hitting a wall . Let us know if get any further , it will be a big help
