Apartments at Vancouver/Richmond/Burnaby, BC

Hello Friends,

I am about to move to the Vancouver area in July. Can someone please recommend some good apartment communities especially if living with kids? The reason I ask is because I care for a good elementary school in the area. I am planning to live around Vancouver/Richmond/Burnaby.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
