Applying Canada Express Entry for spouse later but declared as married

I’ve applied with CRS 473 only for myself. I’ve declared that I’m married and my total # of family members as 1 (excluded my wife). My question would can my partner get a PR later in one of the following ways say like after a year

  1. I sponsor PR for her
  2. She takes her IELTS and say scores 6.5 and tick the column that I’m in Canada already and boost her chances.

Please advise me.
