Just wanted to ask you whether you filed for you application from india or overseas as for me as well it’s 9th month running and i have not much information as to where my pr application stands…
And any words of advice please whether what should i do.

Hi,
I had applied under Express entry PNP inland on July 28th 2018. The file got transferred to Delhi from Sydney Nova Scotia in the month of March 2019.
Today when I called CIC the automated message says there is no record of my application on File. Until 2 weeks ago the message used to be that they are reviewing my eligibility requirement and processing my background check.
Please give your input. Is this something I should be worried about.

I had also applied under express entry
FSW-Outland on sep 28, 2018.
Even when i called cic, i also heard the same message. This has happened in the past as well but not for this long a duration.
Seems like a system glitch to me although I would love to hear what others on the forum have to say about it.

May i also ask if you requested for the GCMS notes coz many people have told me that it affects your pr process and that’s the reason i haven’t ordered them yet…

In my opinion ordering GCMS notes doesnt have any bearing on your application. In fact it will give you more clarity where your application stands and it might even give them a nudge to look at your application if it has been longer than usual.

Since then, there haven’t been any update.
Ordered GCMS notes first on 01/04/19 and received on 30/04/2019, and then ordered again on 06/05/19 and received on 05/06/19 but there haven’t been any differences in both of them.
The latest date on the NOTES section in the GCMS notes says it was last updated on 03/12/2018.
It has been more than 7.5 months since AOR and about 6.5 months in IP1 stage. About 6 months since my file was last accessed/updated by an officer. What is the next course of action I should take to get more clarity about the status of my application? Kindly assist.
Brother even I’m in the same boat as you are and i have no clue as well about to do now.
Been patiently waiting since 8.5 months don’t what is cic upto.
Anyone on the forum please help us with your valuable suggestions especially those who’ve got their ppr’s

You should apply for the GCMS notes, as that will give you some information about your application. It takes a month to receive the notes once you have ordered them. But if there’s nothing on the notes that is alarming or requires attention, I am not sure what is the next step we can take, which is what I am looking for currently.

You can follow this post and forum for ordering GCMS notes. I had someone in Canada who ordered it for me. You just have to send them your signed consent form and it costs $5 that way. There are a couple of third party services too which may charge a bit more than that but I haven’t tried them yet.
Can u please tell me that is it just the principal applicant who has to sign the consent form or it needs to be signed by the co applicant too.

There was no other changes since my MEP in Feb 2nd until my BG changed to in progress on May 28th. In fact, I raised a GCMS notes on 26th to know the progress as I was supposed to be in IP1 since February. By God’s grace received the Golden email after one week (June 4th)
Hopefully, you will get your PPR before the 6 months time frame. All the best bro…
@mrandmrs: After how many days of your medicals expired, you got email to get your re medicals done? My medicals are expiring on June 22 so want to know when i can expect my re medicals email so i can plan my travel accordingly.
I actually had requested for my GCMS notes and received it on May 27th. Which could be possible reason with the Glitch. But I am just assuming that now as you had stated. I will wait for a couple of days to see if the glitch would have been fixed.
