Can someone suggest good communities to buy a house in BC in the next 6 months? looking at Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, and Burnaby however open to suggestions. My budget is $650K. I’d love to buy in North Van but it’s expensive there. My fiancé will move to Vancouver in the next 6-8 months. So wanted to buy in the next 4-6 months.
Your budget is on the lower side for the Greater Vancouver area if you’re interested in a Single Family Detached home or even a 3 Bed Townhome.
You may be able to snag a good deal on Condos though, as the market has somewhat lower demand and higher supply for those.
I’d recommend working with a local realtor to narrow down on your neighborhoods and homes in your budget.
