Can I re-enter Canada with CO-PR document after exhausting One-time Entry Visa?

I have completed the soft landing process by road from Seattle to Vancouver in Feb 2020 with one-time entry visa but didn’t apply for PR card.

I have travelled from USA to India in June, 2020 and planning to fly to Toronto in September last week.

Can I re-enter Canada with CO-PR document after exhausting One-time Entry Visa ?

COPR Document has Issued date: 2019/11/22 and Valid till date: 2020/10/29.

To fly from India to Canada, you would need to apply for PRTD document.
If you still have a valid entry visa to USA, you could fly to USA, and then drive by road using the expired CoPR.

As far as I know, you can use COPR on land border.
