I am a PR in Canada for all of 2021, currently not working so I have no income. The only income I could potentially have would be the Canada Child Benefit, which is just over $10000USD/year. Does the US consider the CCB as foreign earned income, social security, etc?
If you’re PR in Canada, why do you need to file US taxes? Or were you in the US for few weeks?
