Hello everyone,
I became PR with soft landing in Feb 2019 and visited Canada couple of days in 2019. I am planning to make my final move because I am reaching the 3 yrs mark with PR staying in US due to COVID situation. I still have job in US with valid H1 stamp. Can I continue to commute from Windsor for work daily while maintaining the PR status? Is there intense scrutiny for entry to Canada because I stayed outside for 3 yrs?
Also, I am still looking for a place in Windsor and is it okay that for my first entry, I list my car that I am driving on the GTF form and get all the paperwork completed and come back to US. Keep visiting Windsor daily until a place is finalized and then move?
