Good Day. I have 8 years experience working in the Recruitment industry with a title ranging from recruitment consultant to senior resourcing consultant which falls under the NOC code 1223 - for HR and Rect officer.
A year ago, My position has evolved to a Resourcing Lead / Manager which now falls into NOC (0112).
Both still falls under the recruitment category. So when i am asked how many years of experience i have, can i still count the total recruitment experience that i have which is 8? Or should it be limited to the last NOC?
Appreciate some clarifications
