Hi
I am on H1B visa for 10 years and I have a son who is 19 yrs and has a physical disability due to which he is confined to wheelchair. I don’t see a possibility of us getting a GC before he turns 21 (in 2 yrs).
I am thinking of moving to Canada but had a basic qn if Canada will allow him to settle in Canada. I am thinking of him getting a college admission and may be stay on a student visa.
Any suggestions on how I should proceed?
