Do we need a job offer if we choose federal express entry for BC without PNP

Hello! Do we need a job offer if we choose the federal express entry for BC without PNP? I took my IELTS and scored 8.5 and ECA is in process. My score is coming over 460+.
I want to work on the west coast so I can be in the same time zone as my present US company, thus BC is a good choice.

Do I need a Canadian job offer if I do an express entry submission? Or is it only required for PNP?

U don’t need a job offer for express entry… But ya for the pnps a few provinces take people with a job offer like BC etc. But the general express entry is for people without any job offer. 460 is a wonderful score! Apply fast and u might get the ita in the first draw after u get into the pool…
