I recently moved to Vancouver via a PR through the Express Entry program. I have my CoPR but haven’t received PR card yet. Now I want to apply for MSP (medical services plan) - is it possible without the PR card?
Your CoPR should serve as proof of PR anywhere in Canada. The MSP website doesn’t state anything specific in this regard so CoPR should be fine.
