Express entry processing time under PNP draw

Hi guys,

I have a dumb question and confuses me a lot. What are the different processing time for express entry categories. For example,

  1. If I qualify for PNP and I get 600 points and my profile is picked in the next PNP draw, whats the prcessing time of express entry after that?

VS

  1. If I also qualify for CEC and my profile is picked under CEC draw, what the processing time of express entry?

Will it be 6 months because its express entry or PNP express entry is faster or CEC express entry is faster?
