Grace Period to respond to ITA and to submit application after ITA

Hi guys,

Could you help me understand the time given to accept/decline an ITA and the time given to submit application after accepting ITA.
Is the two months given to respond and to submit the application or it is two months given to respond and after you respond another two months given to submit the application?

You must have received ‘Invitation to Apply’ which states that you can either 1) Decline this invitation or 2) Apply online for permanent residence.

It also states by what date (which is 60 days from the receipt of this letter) you must submit a complete application.

I believe the only way for you to accept the application is to submit the complete application for which you will have 60 days.

It is a total of 2 months to accept the ITA and submit the application.
