We received the COPR and planning to go to Canada for couple months first before we permanently move to Canada. So for the time being do I need to get Canada Health insurance or I can use Insurance from America.

Will probably need to check with your insurance provider in US, if they cover in Canada as well. My guess is they won’t, and you’ll probably need to buy insurance until you receive health card from your Canadian province after moving.
