you need 8777 in ielts… 8 in listening and 7 in other 3 sections …
check your score with minimum 8777 and also masters gives more score in comparison to bachelors…
then you need either masters or canadian job offer to increase points…
Try adding your wife’s details also… Like IELTS and her education. That can increase the score… 20 marks are allocated to spouse IELTS and their education as well will add up marks

Also if you or your spouse have siblings in Canada who are PR or citizens, that will give you another 15 marks

already done that made me lad at 416 points
One last suggestion 
try making your wife primary and check… It might increase marks. Even if ur score comes till 430, Ontario PNP will work out for you (if not this year, atleast next year). And actually last year express entry came down till 413, so who knows… It might come down in the future draws
