How was your experience giving test at this center? For listening, is a recording played on a speaker or does one receive a headphone? For speaking what kind of questions did you receive? Any additional tips?

Mine was at Oxford International Boston. We all got headphones for the listening test. Cant divulge the questions for speaking. The center I went to was well managed - take a snack with you as the nearest starbucks was 10-15 minutes away and most were closed.
