Hello,

I was refused a visitor visa couple of years back due to regular reasons that includes No proof of temporary stay and funds.
When filling the EE profile, below are few questions

Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
Yes

Have you applied for Express Entry before?
No

If you have a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) please enter it below?
Gave UCI of Visitor visa application

Can you please let me know if the above information is correct for my situation.Thanks!

Yes looks OK. You will also receive a question during eAPR asking if you’ve applied/been denied a visa anywhere (including Canada). For regular/benign reasons, it usually does not affect your application.
