I am trying to sign in and then its crashing and taking to the homepage again. I tried multiple browsers and checked for any maintenance news on twitter.

common issue, keep trying. normally works on 4th or 5th attempt.

It finally worked (only in incognito mode) 
One of my friend who was applying for tourist visa also noticed similar issue. Keep trying I guess.
