L1B with canada PR

Hi Guys

My employer will be filling for my L1B next year, and I already have Canada PR
I am thinking of working in the US for 2 years and then move to Canada from there.

Should I tell my employer that I have a Canada PR when they will be filing the petition?
I saw ds - 160 have a question regarding another country permanent residency since that will be filled by me it will be fine.

I guess that’s something you have to decide on your own!!

Unless it’s specifically asked on your L1B application if you’re a PR of another country, or if it’s a legal requirement for you to stay in the US for a few years on L1B, there’s no real need to specify this to the employer (unless it’s a good-faith argument and you want to be honest).

Whether or not that affects your L1B application is something you will have to find out a decide accordingly.
