I mistakenly did not enter my middle name while creating my express entry profile. The middle name is a part of my Given name in passport. And, I have added the middle name in the forms after ITA, can this create a problem in future?

Probably not, you already have ITA and from here on all long as all the documentation (Police Clearances, Medical Checkup) has your full name including your middle name. You can still go back and change your express entry profile. Just click the “Modify Family Information” tab.
