I am planning to apply under Express Entry and I am confused about the NOC selection.
I started my career as Lead Designer at a company and was promoted to Head of Design in 7 months.
I was responsible for managing the organisation’s overall visual communications. I worked there for 2 years and 1 month.
After that, I started my own company in 2019 and it was incorporated in Jan, 2020. I am one of the two directors and my responsibilities include handling design jobs, managing customer support and acquisition.
I am not sure which NOC to choose as the CRS calculator states that the outside Canada experience must only be in one NOC as directorship appears to fall under NOC 0 while Head of Design or Graphic designer seems to fall under NOC B.
Any help would be immensely appreciated.
