Nexus processing time states 5 Business days to confirm the eligibility but I submitted my nexus application last year, December 24th, 2019. Still, I haven’t received my conditional approval yet. What are my options other than calling nexus customer care? Just to add, I called nexus customer care and they mentioned they will take ~9 months to process the application.
