PCC for India in MA

Anyone here in Massachusetts? I believe I have to apply to Indian consulate in NY. They have a weird message on their website saying due to a technical server error, no consular services (i.e. Visa, passport) are not available until further notice. Does this affect PCC service too?

I am in Boston, and did my PCC from Indian Consulate in NY. I think if there system is down, then you will have to wait till it’s back again. Just try calling or email them.
