I am moving to Canada in a month. My current US employer wants to keep me. Do you guys have recommendation for good Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or Employer of Record (EOR) companies through which my current employer can hire me?

Generally, PEO option works out a little too expensive to the employer if you’ll be the only one working through the PEO as an employee. If you have an option to work as a an independent contractor at contractor rates, it may work out better for you and employer.
