Police Clearance

Hi Members,

I am in the United States for the past 4 years on F1 Visa. For the police clearance certificates, is it enough to provide just the FBI clearance certificate or we need a police clearance from India as well?

As per my understanding, police clearance should be obtained for all the countries you stayed in for more than 6 months, so you will need to obtain Indian police clearance too along with US (FBI clearance).
