PR Card Application Not Found

Hello,

I landed last week and IRCC tool cannot find my PR card status.

I entered my UCI, last name, date of birth and place of birth here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html

How long does it take for PR card status to show up?

It never worked for our PR card status after we landed, so didn’t bother to check it.

I think nowadays it takes ~2-3 weeks after landing. Not sure how the COVID19 is affecting it.
